What is psychotherapy exactly?
Psychotherapy is a process in which we learn how to use our own (psychological) resources to adapt and to cope with life in a more functional way. It is indeed a learning process of our own Self, one in which I can guide and assist you with my knowledge and experience as a psychologist.
When is psychotherapy beneficial?
Psychotherapy may be beneficial and necessary when we are suffering from any sort of emotional or mental issue, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders or burnout. It can however also be beneficial when we want to initiate a path of self-understanding and personal growth.
